Established in 2007 Flawless Beauty is situated in a lovely, tranquil treatment room within Headrush hair salon, based in Hersham, Surrey.

I am highly experienced and well qualified, having been awarded a distinction grade BTEC National Diploma among other qualifications and by training with only the best, such as the highly esteemed "Wax Queen", Kim Lawless.

I offer a range of high quality treatments for reasonable prices, using excellent professional products, such as Eve Taylor, Sienna X, CND Shellac, OPI, Cuccio Naturale, Perron Rigot and Hive of Beauty.

Whichever type of treatment you are seeking, whether it is rapid results, complete relaxation or enhancing and maintaining your appearance you will find it at Flawless Beauty.

Gift Vouchers Available

Treat your loved one to the gift of beautiful skin or pure relaxation. If you don’t know which treatment they would like, you can leave it as an amount, or they can change the voucher to a treatment of equal value.

If you would like to purchase a gift voucher but cannot make it into the salon, you can order one over the phone using a debit or credit card. I will then send the voucher and receipt to the address of your choice, so it can be sent to you or directly to the recipient.

Directions

Head down the dual carriageway towards Esher. Just past the BMW car garage, turn left on Riverside Road. Take the next left onto Longmore Road. The salon will be directly in front of you, beside Londis.

Parking

There is no restrictive parking on the Longmore estate and so you may park anywhere you like for free, including directly in front of the salon.

Payment

All major credit and debit cards are accepted (not American express) as well as personal cheques and cash.

Disabled & Wheelchair Access

The entire salon is on ground floor level, which allows for wheelchair and pushchair access. I do not recommend that you bring children as there is limited space and there may be equipment that could be dangerous to little hands, however I understand that occasionally it cannot be helped.

Making an Appointment

Appointments can be made by phone (used for Headrush and for Flawless Beauty) or by coming into the salon during opening hours. If you are put through to the answer phone, please leave a clear message detailing your name and contact number, so that I can call you back as soon as possible.

Cancellations

I understand that things do come up unexpectedly, all I ask is that you understand that this is how I make my living. Please let me know well in advance if you need to make a cancellation, even by leaving a message on the answer phone, so that I am able to call someone else who would like that appointment.

Charges

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand, I will understand the first time. If it happens again, I will ask for a deposit for 50% of the treatment price when booking. If it happens a third time, I will suggest that you wait until the day that you would like the appointment to book and take your chances that I have anything available.

No Shows

If you simply do not turn up for your appointment and do not answer your phone when I call to see if you are on your way, I will understand once. If it happens more than once I won’t book you again. Please be considerate and call.

Waxing etiquette

Please turn up for your appointment clean and fresh.

How long does the hair need to be?

To get the best results from your waxing treatment the hair needs to be at least the length of a grain of rice. This means that regardless of how you have been removing your hair, it should be left to grow for 3-4 weeks.

How long will the results last?

You should see minimal hair growth for 3 weeks, with a noticeable increase after that, although everyone is different. You will find that if you continue to wax, your re-growth will be slower and sparser.

How often should I be waxed?

If you decide that you enjoy the results waxing gives you, I recommend that your first four appointments are made every four weeks. After this time, you may find that you can go longer between treatments.

Why wax?

Men and women of all ages prefer waxing for a variety of reasons ranging from longer lasting, smoother results to heightened sensitivity.

Does it hurt?

Everyone has heard the horror stories of painful waxing cause by inexperienced therapists not knowing or caring what they are doing. However, I have been trained by The Wax Queen – Kim Lawless and am dedicated to providing safe waxing with minimal discomfort by using her expert techniques and the highest quality wax available.

Intimate Waxing

For the more intimate wax, you will have to get naked from the waist down to ensure a thorough wax. This may feel intimidating the first time, but remember I am a professional and the results will be worth it.

Final Thought

I am a professional beauty therapist and nothing else so please do not embarrass yourself by asking for any extras that are not on my price list.
